is seeking a project assistant and project quantity surveyor to support Directors in delivering pre and post QS services across a diverse portfolio including commercial, healthcare, data centres and civil infrastructure. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, prepare cost estimates and cash-flows, perform quantity take-offs, support tendering, contract documentation, and final accounts, and attend project meetings to help ensure

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in cost management and tender/contract processes.
• Proficiency with measurement, cost estimating, and digital tools (CostX; CubiCost).

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Director/Director in cost management of projects.
• Prepare pre-contract cost estimates, cost plans, cash-flow.
• Perform quantity take-offs for structural and architectural elements.
• Assist in tendering, contract documentation, and final accounts.
• Attend project meetings and communicate across teams.
