Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the QS Manager across pre-contract and post-contract procurement administration. The role includes budgeting, cash flow control, and handling of claims and final accounts for civil and building projects.

We expect a Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with meticulous, analytical, and team-oriented work ethic, capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Meticulous with good analytical skills; able to work in a team and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of market updates, construction cost trends, and materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quantity Surveying Manager in pre-contract and post-contract procurement administration.
• Budgeting, cash flow and cost control, processing of claims, contract payments, and final accounts.
• Prepare tenders, measurement, and bills of quantities for civil and building projects for pre-contract; measure and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for post-contract.
