Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to assist the QS Manager in post-contract administration, procurement, budgeting, cost control and cash flow management for MRT/LTA/tunnel civil projects. You will handle progress claims, contract payments, variations and final accounts, and support tender evaluations and subcontractor negotiations.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying with strong cost knowledge and market awareness, preferably with experience from A1 main

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying required.
• Good knowledge of construction costs and market trends.
• Experience on MRT/LTA/Tunnel civil projects.
• Experience from A1 main contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quantity Surveying Manager in post-contract administration.
• Handle procurement, budgeting, cost control and cash flow management.
• Manage progress claims, contract payments, variations and final accounts.
• Assist with tender evaluation, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor construction costs and keep updated on market trends and cost movements.
