Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage contractual correspondence and payment claims. You will be responsible for compiling project accounts and ensuring timely payments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and possesses at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in foundation works dealing with Reinforced Concrete (RC).

This permanent position is located in Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage contractual correspondence, ensuring claims notifications are submitted promptly in line with contractual timelines.
• Prepare and submit progress payment claims on schedule, monitor certification status, and follow up to secure timely payments.
• Compile and finalize project accounts, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and optimized for full entitlement.
• Issue work orders to subcontractors, process monthly progress payments, and manage the settlement of subcontractors’ final accounts.
• Verify and measure completed works accurately to ensure proper valuation and compliance with contract provisions.
• Monitor claims submissions to ensure timely notification and detailed supporting documentation in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in foundation works, preferably dealing with Reinforced Concrete (RC).
