Job summary

Responsibilities include handling progress claims, valuations, and final accounts; managing variations and subcontractor pricing; forecasting cash flow and monitoring budgets; assist in tendering and contract review.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years QS experience in Singapore M&E contractor
• Knowledge of local contract standards (PSSCOC/SIA)
• Preferably with Quantity Surveying certificates

Responsibilities

• Handle progress claims, valuations, and final accounts.
• Manage variations and negotiate subcontractor pricing with Main Contractor QS/Claims department
• Forecast cash flow and monitor project budgets.
• May assist in tendering and review of contract documents
