Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage project budgets, costs, progress claims and final accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting across multiple projects.

You will handle procurement, obtain subcontractor quotations, manage variation orders, prepare monthly progress claims and monitor costs to keep projects within budget, while working closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 2 years of QS/construction commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costs, progress claims and final accounts.
• Handle procurement, subcontractor quotations and subcontract documentation.
• Evaluate and manage Variation Orders (VO) and subcontractor claims.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and follow up on payments.
• Monitor project costs and ensure works remain within budget.
