Responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and cost variations accurately.
Coordinate with site teams to gather photos, site records, and supporting documents for EOT and Loss & Expense claims.
Provide guidance to Project QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures.
Monitor project budgets and highlight cost variances to support timely corrective action.
Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for management review.
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of experience, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects.
Strong knowledge of Singapore standard contracts, including PSSCOC and SIA contracts.
