Asia Infrastructure Solutions invites applications for a Project Assistant & Quantity Surveyor to support cost management across multiple sectors. You will work with Directors and Associates on pre and post QS services, prepare cost estimates, tenders, and cash flows, and contribute to value engineering within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2–3 years’ QS consultancy experience preferred.
• Experience in cost estimation, measurement and contracts is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with CostX or CubiCost is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support Associate Directors in cost management of projects.
• Collaborate with QS team on multi-disciplinary projects and stakeholders.
• Represent the firm professionally and maintain client relationships.
• Set objectives and contribute to team performance.
• Ensure accurate financial control and cash-flow planning.
