Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking qualified professionals for two permanent Civil QS roles within hospital construction projects and condo-building initiatives. You will manage post-contract QS duties for civil works, including measurement, valuation and cost control.

Candidates with a diploma/degree in construction management or quantity surveying and at least 3 years of relevant experience are preferred; experience with budgets, contracts, and progress tracking is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in construction management or quantity surveying.
• Minimum 3 years in construction building projects preferred.
• Experience with post-contract QS duties and cost control is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-contract QS duties for civil works, including measurement, valuation and cost control.
• Administer contracts, variations, claims, payments and final accounts.
• Monitor budgets, prepare cost forecasts and management reports.
• Track project progress and resolve commercial issues with project teams.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims.
