Qualifikationen

• A degree or diploma in QS/Engineering or related field.
• Up to five years’ experience in CM/QS; up to eight years for SQS.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in pre-construction and construction phases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; tech-savvy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; detail-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparation of cost plans with quantities and pricing.
• Consult with engineers, architects, designers and owners on changes.
• Advise clients on procurement strategies.
• Support pre-qualification and evaluation of contractors.
• Prepare tender documents and manage tender process.
• Compare tender returns and negotiate pricing with contractors.
• Evaluate contracts, including valuations and final accounts.
• Maintain relationships with clients and design consultants.
• Certify final payment claims and prepare cost reports.
• Provide cost advisory support across all project stages.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
