Qualifications

• Experience in used water/water treatment plant or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-contract and post-contract tasks.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate tenders.
• Assess payment claims and prepare payment certificates.
• Monitor costs and prepare final accounts.
• Make recommendations to clients regarding variations and claims.
