Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities and cost estimates. You will develop procurement strategies, evaluate subcontractor quotes, and monitor budgets across multiple projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of QS experience, with preference for exposure to pre-tender through final account and to commercial/office fit-out projects. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2 years QS experience
• Experience from pre-tender to final account preferred
• Experience with commercial/office fit-out projects is a plus
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluate subcontractor quotations
• Conduct site measurements and verify progress valuations
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost reports
• Manage variation orders, progress claims and final account settlements
• Administer contracts and ensure contractual compliance
• Provide guidance to junior QS staff
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
