Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Changi-based team. You will manage claims for IBC works, review contractor invoices and ensure alignment with COPs and Purchase Orders, and supervise timely financial and administrative submissions for project processing.

You will also conduct regular cost-management meetings with stakeholders to discuss claim valuation and final account closure, leveraging your 5+ years of QS experience in construction projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in quantity surveying or construction projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.
• Understand bid/tender documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims for IBC works (monthly payment claims, final BQ computations) and timely submission to the FMM.
• Review quotation rates and certify contractors’ invoices to align with COPs and Purchase Orders.
• Ensure completeness and timeliness of all financial and administrative submissions for project processing.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss cost management, claim valuation and final account closure.
