Public Service Division in Singapore invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to support cost management on large-scale commercial, integrated developments and major A&A works.

You will join a project team to lead pre- and post-contract QS duties, develop cost estimates from feasibility to design development, and manage tendering, contracts, variations and final accounts with stakeholders across the project.

Qualificações

• Background in Building/Quantity Surveying or SISV recognition.
• At least 10 years of relevant pre/post-contract experience in consultancy or main contractor settings.
• Experience with large-scale integrated/mixed development projects is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and cost management software.
• Strong numeracy, communications and writing skills.
• Familiar with QFM/PQM frameworks and government contracting norms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management and pre-/post-contract QS duties including estimates and procurement.
• Develop/review cost estimates from feasibility to design development.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders, and manage cashflow forecasts.
• Administer contracts, variations, final accounts and cost reporting.
• Analyse project costs and financial data to support procurement decisions.
• Coordinate tender processes with stakeholders and manage budgeting projections.
• Review variation costs and progress payments; prepare final accounts.
• Maintain yearly budget estimates and align with government budgeting practices.
