Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations and conduct cost comparisons for pricing.
• Prepare tender submissions and cost estimates.
• Prepare project costing, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and procure materials.
• Prepare claims, monitor payments, and certify claims.
• Provide project budget updates and progress reporting.
