Job summary

Teambuild Construction Group in Singapore is seeking a competent professional to handle quantities take-off, tender pricing, and general contracts administration. The role evaluates subcontractor quotations, manages project budgets, and oversees subcontracting and purchasing documents.

You will monitor progress claims and payments, updating costing and budget figures monthly. Required are a diploma in civil engineering/building/quantity surveying, 2+ years in construction, strong report writing

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Quantity Surveying
• Min 2 years experience in construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office; CCS PO/ WO module
• Able to write reports and presentations
• Knowledge of cost management and control techniques
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Good negotiation skills
• Preferably ISO Internal Auditor Certification
• Open to Singaporeans only
