Job summary

ACE BUILDER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and tender documents for projects.

You will review drawings and contract documents to identify scope and cost requirements, and coordinate with project teams to ensure financial control. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least 3 years of QS experience in Singapore, strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, and proven negotiation and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years Quantity Surveying experience in Singapore.
• Experience with BOQs, quantity take-offs, claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ, budgets, and tender documents.
• Review drawings, specifications and contract documents to identify scope and cost requirements.
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with tender preparation, bid analysis, and subcontractor selection.
• Manage variation orders, progress claims, subcontractor claims and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and financial commitments.
• Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of costs, contracts, variations and commercial correspondence.
• Perform other related QS duties as assigned.
