yuan xiang pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, cost management, and project costing. The role involves preparing tender documents, sourcing quotations, and assisting the project team with variation works, progress claims, and cost control.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 10 years of related experience, and possess strong English and Mandarin communication skills to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.

• Carry out measurement of quantity take-offs from drawings and site valuation.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English,Chinese (Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin to correspond in all feedback and queries of Chinese speaking customers.)
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
