Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and cost plans for construction projects.
• Analyse tender submissions and contract documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Monitor and control project costs, including the preparation of financial reports.
• Provide advice and support to project managers and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues.
