AIBEL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for FPSO/EPC projects in Singapore.

The role focuses on coordinating vendor inspections, managing non-conformances, and conducting risk sessions to ensure project quality. You will support audits, drive lessons learned, and report on quality metrics. Ideal candidates have extensive QA/QC experience in maritime/offshore EPC environments, with strong documentation, auditing, and coordination skills.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality engineering for FPSO/EPC projects regionally.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Vendor Inspection Coordination & Auditor roles.
• Experience in Risk Coordinator position is preferred.
• DNV Class FPSO EPC project experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and follow up on Non-conformances and Observations through closure.
• Conduct Risk sessions and follow up Risk actions.
• Plan, coordinate and carry out internal audits and verifications; support the Lead Auditor.
• Facilitate Experience Transfer sessions to embed lessons learned across the project.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives and incentive schemes to promote QRM matters in the project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Quality reports for Projects and Construction.
• Participate in project meetings as directed by the Project Quality Manager.
• Act as the client and authorities contact on QRM-related matters.
