Job summary

Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a driven Senior/Quality Manager to lead the Quality function in Singapore.

You will shape a strong quality culture, strengthen standards and QMS, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. As a hands-on quality leader, you will communicate with stakeholders at all levels, own quality performance, develop people, and ensure quality is everyone’s responsibility.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Quality/Engineering experience in manufacturing & industrial environment.
• At least 5 years in a people management role.
• Proven experience leading and developing QA/QC teams.
• Strong QMS foundation, quality controls and CAPA methodologies.
• Experience with customer audits and resolving complex issues.
• Proficient in 8D, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and SPC.
• Experience with metrology, inspection techniques and drawings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven with urgency to quality issues.
• Experience with SAP QM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team with clear direction and accountability.
• Promote quality ownership, continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
• Establish and improve QMS, controls and procedures.
• Develop and implement QC systems and inspection methods.
• Oversee testing and evaluation to ensure product quality throughout manufacturing.
• Own customer change management and qualification activities for Singapore ops.
• Lead customer quality engagements and audit responses.
• Approve quality plans, testing, and documentation
• Lead internal audits and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions using 8D, FMEA, SPC.
• Analyse quality data to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Manufacturing to prevent issues.
• Escalate and resolve production/quality issues promptly.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication.
• Develop and evaluate Quality personnel for capability and ownership.
