Job summary

nova-tech mfg pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior Quality leader to steer the design, deployment and continual improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing sites.

The role requires extensive experience in semiconductor/high-tech environments, deep ISO 9001 knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive corrective actions and quality improvements across supplier, process and customer interfaces.

Qualifications

8–12 years of relevant quality experience with leadership experience.
Proven quality management in semiconductor/high-technology manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA).
Experience conducting internal, customer and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS.
Oversee quality policies, procedures, work instructions and quality standards.
Manage audits (internal, external) and corrective actions.
Drive containment, root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
Monitor KPIs: yield, defects, complaints, non-conformances and CAPA performance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to reduce process variation.
