Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a quality compliance professional to work with operations to maintain standards, address issues, support audits and ensure regulatory adherence across warehouse processes.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics, Engineering or Quality Management, 2–5 years in warehouse/logistics quality, and knowledge of ISO standards. You will lead investigations, drive corrective actions and support audit activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organised, able to work with operations and stakeholders.
• Experience in quality investigations, CAPA and audit management is desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain quality procedures, SOPs and documentation.
• Investigate quality issues, deviations and customer complaints.
• Identify root causes with operations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits across warehouse processes.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Support the implementation of process and operational changes.
• Support QHSE requirements including safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Follow up audit findings and non-conformities to ensure closure.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to operations staff on quality procedures and best practices.
