Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse QA & Compliance Specialist to lead the development, review, and revision of GMP-driven SOPs, logs, and documentation for warehouse operations. Qualifications

• Strong documentation management, audit support, deviation investigations, CAPA and change control management.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional activities with analytical and continuous improvement focus.
• Experience in warehouse start-up, project implementation, validation, or equipment/facility qualification preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, and revision of warehouse SOPs, forms, logs, and GMP documentation.
• Manage warehouse training programs, qualification matrices, training records, and staff qualifications.
• Lead warehouse inspection readiness and coordinate audits by internal, customer, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and support deviation investigations, CAPA, and change controls for warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage GMP record review, archival, retention, and documentation control.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Administer warehouse system access controls and periodic access reviews.
• Provide daily GMP, non-GMP, and compliance support to warehouse operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage warehouse facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and access control systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, inspection, repair, validation, and service activities.
• Manage site-wide fixed asset activities and inventory replenishment for warehouse consumables.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Validation, EHS, IT, Procurement, Finance, and external providers to ensure compliance.
• Complete other work as assigned by the supervisor.
