Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is recruiting for a Tender Submissions professional to support building construction projects in Singapore. The role focuses on preparing tender submissions, pricing, vendor quotations, and post-tender handover within rigid deadlines.

You will review drawings, cost estimates and contract conditions, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliant tenders and accurate cost control for industrial/building projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong experience in tendering / pre-contract works within a building main contractor.
• Hands-on experience in tender pricing, cost estimation, subcontractor quotations and contract review.
• Experience with an A1 building main contractor is highly preferred.
• Experience in industrial development, factory, warehouse, logistics or similar building projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, commercial risks and tendering practices.
• Able to independently handle tender submissions and work within tight deadlines.
• Candidates currently working as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, Assistant Tender Manager, Tender Manager, Pre-Contract Manager or similar positions are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with stronger senior-level tender experience may be considered for Tender Manager appointment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare tender submissions for building construction projects
• Review tender drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, contract conditions and tender requirements
• Carry out cost estimation, quantity take-off and tender pricing
• Source, evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Coordinate preparation of method statements, construction programmes and technical submissions
• Ensure tender submissions are complete, compliant and submitted within deadlines
• Identify and assess commercial, contractual and tender risks
• Attend tender interviews, presentations, clarification meetings and negotiations where required
• Conduct post-tender reviews and assist with handover of successful tenders to Project and Contracts teams
• Review post-award documents including LOA, Contract Agreement, BOQ / Schedule of Rates, drawings, specifications and contract conditions
• Identify discrepancies, omissions or changes from the tender submission and follow up with consultants before contract execution
• Ensure proper handover of tender costing, quotations and contractual documentation upon project award

• Basic $5,500 - $9,000 + Bonus (Level & Salary Commensurate with Experience)

• 5-Day Work Week | Monday-Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm
