Job summary

THE EDGE PARTNERSHIP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is partnering with an established construction company to recruit a seasoned Quantity Surveyor / Contracts professional to join their project team in Singapore.

You will manage contract administration, handle variations and claims, prepare progress claims, negotiate variation orders, maintain records, and support final accounts while working closely with site teams to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims and variation management.
• MRT/infrastructure experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational and negotiation skills.
