Job summary

enfactum pte. ltd. is seeking a QA professional to ensure testing aligns with the QA process and product roadmap. You will collaborate with the test lead to devise test strategies, implement them, and maintain compliance with QA guidelines within agile sprints.

You will participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing timely status updates and precise estimates while delivering test artifacts and reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Understand the product roadmap and ensure testing follows QA process.
• Hands-on agile testing experience.
• Able to participate in sprint planning and provide accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Understand the product roadmap and ensure testing is conducted as per the QA process.
• Work with the test lead to devise test strategies and ensure implementation as planned.
• Adhere to QA guidelines and participate in scrum ceremonies.
• Provide realistic estimates during Sprint Planning.
• Submit and review deliverables such as test cases, results, and automated scripts on time.
• Log issues to the test lead for guidance and resolution, and track QA KPIs.
• Upload test artifacts to Zephyr/Test Management Tool and Teams as required.
• Share daily status updates and sign-off requests for test lead approval.
