Job summary

Leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and QC across data centre, residential, and commercial projects. You will develop PQPs, ITPs and ensure compliance with drawings, specs and standards.

The role requires 8+ years in QA/QC on major builds, ISO 9001 knowledge, and strong leadership to manage NCRs, audits and a project team on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/ME/EE or construction management.
• 8+ years QA/QC in major buildings or data centres.
• Experience on data centre, industrial or large commercial builds in Singapore.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, PQPs, audits and NCR handling.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Singapore standards.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA/QC activities across the construction lifecycle.
• Develop, implement and monitor PQPs, ITPs and inspection schedules.
• Oversee inspections across civil, architectural and M&E works.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and audits.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on quality deliverables.
• Lead QA/QC team and maintain documentation and handover records.
