Job summary

DayOne is seeking a Senior Specialist QA/QC to refine work processes and governance across active construction projects. You will drive project-wide data analytics to identify trends, systemic issues, and lessons learned to improve quality across every project.

The role requires extensive QA/QC experience in data center environments, lead auditing capability, and strong data analytics skills using Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.
• 8–12+ years QA/QC experience, including senior/lead roles on data center programs.
• Proven experience building/managing ISO 9001 QMS and leading audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish, update, and maintain QA/QC work processes, ITP/NCR templates and procedures.
• Audit construction project teams to verify compliance with defined processes.
• Provide quality input and historical data insights on bids, proposals, and project quality plans.
