Upscale Technology Corp. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on QA Engineer to own quality across our multi-environment SaaS platform. You will test new features, validate bug fixes and support regression cycles across web, mobile, APIs and backend services.
You will collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to ensure requirements are understood and edge cases are covered. This role emphasizes ownership of QA processes, test coverage and release readiness to reduce risk.
Join our Technology team to take ownership of quality across Upscale’s growing, multi-environment SaaS platform.
We’re seeking a hands-on QA Engineer who is structured, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently and able to collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering. You’ll be responsible for testing new features, validating bug fixes, supporting regression cycles and improving release confidence across development, staging and production.
The role covers a broad platform spanning web, mobile, backend, APIs, analytics, notifications, media libraries, attachments, shareable micro-sites and AI-assisted content workflows running across multiple client environments on AWS. You’ll work directly with product managers, designers and developers to ensure requirements are understood, edge cases are covered and releases are stable. We’re looking for someone who can be the quality owner for the product, rather than simply executing assigned test cases.
Upscale is a dynamic global scale-up technology company building a SaaS platform that helps sales and product teams manage, distribute, personalise and track digital content across clients and users. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers and developers across a fast-moving, multi-environment platform.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership of product quality, giving you the opportunity to influence how QA processes, test coverage and release practices develop as the platform grows. We’re looking for someone curious, structured, independent and practical. You should be comfortable understanding complex workflows, spotting inconsistencies and communicating clearly across Product, Design and Engineering.
We encourage ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. Success in the role means helping the wider team ship better software with fewer surprises: testing new features thoroughly, catching regression risks earlier, producing clear and actionable bug reports, improving QA coverage across core workflows and client environments, and creating greater confidence around release quality.
We’re looking for passionate product professionals who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and building meaningful solutions for customers.
