Job summary

Murata is seeking a QA professional to drive quality control/assurance for products with specialized process and product knowledge. You will develop local QA capabilities, update QMS, and coordinate with global teams to deploy best practices.

Strong analytical skills and leadership within a cross-functional team are essential. The role requires 3–5 years in electronic manufacturing, a degree in engineering or science, and proven ability to communicate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or science field (or related certificate).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing industry.
• Deep and specialized quality knowledge for products and related processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and engineering sense.
• Change mindset and improvement with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop local QA members and update QMS effectively.
• Serve as window to mother factory/business division for communication/knowledge updates.
• Implement world-wide effective horizontal deployment.
• Demonstrate open mind and strong people interaction.
• Align policy and strategy and coordinate projects with HQ or other group companies.
• Initiate periodic meetings with HQ or other groups to solve problems in own division.
