Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA lead to drive quality across enterprise software projects. You will develop QA strategies, govern master test plans, and oversee test execution, including API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality management.
Experience leading QA activities across large-scale software delivery projects.
Experience developing and governing QA Plans and Master Test Plans.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automation best practices.
Experience with API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with defect management and test management tools.
Experience delivering projects for public sector organizations, or large enterprises.

Responsibilities

Quality Planning & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain the project QA Plan and Master Test Plan.
Test Strategy & Test Management: Define testing scope, acceptance criteria, and test coverage.
Test Automation & CI/CD Integration: Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts; Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Test Execution & Defect Management: Execute manual and automated testing activities across project releases; manage defects.
System Integration & UAT: Coordinate and conduct system integration testing with internal and external stakeholders; validate data exchanges.
Quality Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Present test results, automation demonstrations, and quality reviews to project stakeholders; provide guidance on validation processes.
Service Transition & Operational Quality: Monitor quality, defect trends, and operational metrics during transitions.
