Job summary

Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (Muis) invites a Senior Executive / Manager, Quality Assurance & Administration to support the Halal Development cluster in maintaining QA standards and efficient administration. You will oversee QA processes, SOPs, audits, and facilities management to ensure compliant operations.

Candidates with 2–3 years in QA/administration, familiarity with ISO standards, and strong MS Office skills will thrive in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance, administration, or operations; experience in a regulatory or certification environment will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices; knowledge of ISO standards is preferred.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate QA processes for the cluster, including monitoring compliance with established standards and conducting internal reviews.
• Lead the preparation and updating of SOPs and other quality management documentation to ensure current and compliant processes.
• Support audit-related activities, including preparation for internal and external audits and follow-up on audit findings.
• Maintain the organisation-wide e-registry for the cluster with accurate record-keeping.
• Serve as the primary contact for facilities management at the HD office, liaising with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Manage procurement, issuance, and maintenance of IT assets for the cluster.
• Contribute to the cluster's other initiatives and tasks as required.
