Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager based in Singapore to lead the QA/QC section for M&E/CSA projects, including semiconductor/pharma sectors.

The role requires oversight of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems, leading inspection teams, managing QA/QC equipment and document control, and driving continual improvement with strong leadership. This job is Singapore-based and on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction industry managing quality for M&E/CSA projects, preferably Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical related industry.
• Good working knowledge of Quality Management System.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 systems and experience as ISO Lead Auditor.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC section and lead inspection teams.
• Take charge of QA/QC equipment and inventories.
• Review effectiveness of outgoing procedures and the inspectors' training.
• Establish IQC/OQC procedures for new/transferred products & processes.
• Act as Management Representative for ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.

• 1. Manage QA/QC section
  • Lead inspection teams
  • Take charge of all related QA/QC equipment and inventories
  • Review effectiveness of outgoing procedures and the inspectors' skillset/training
  • Actively look for methods and solutions to establish IQC/OQC procedure fornew/transferred products & processes
• 2. Manage Quality Management System, Document Control & Audits
  • Maintain and improve on ISO9001 QMS and ISO 45001
  • Establish quality plans & activities, ensure readiness of all sections forinternal/external audits.
  • Tracking of non-conformances and follow up on owner feedbacks and returns.
  • Work with relevant department in-charge and if necessary, organize meeting toensure document distributed by Management are properly transferred & fanout.
  • Act as a Management Representative for ISO 9001 & ISO 45001
• 3. Assist in maintaining Workplace Safety & Health Risk Management system
  • Conduct workplace risk assessment with WSH consultant
  • Review with section heads on WSH consultant's proposed activities to meetregulatory requirements.
• 4. To perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering related discipline.

• Knowledge in ACMV, Ducting, Process Piping, and other M&E related systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills and experienced in managing anddeveloping staff.
• Highly motivated individuals who possess strong process analysis andproblem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
