Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Manager to lead QA and administration for the Halal Development cluster. You will ensure adherence to quality standards, maintain records, and manage facilities and assets to support Halal certification activities.

The role requires tertiary education and 2–3 years of QA/administration experience, with ISO familiarity and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, administration, or operations.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices (ISO knowledge a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Self-driven, independent, and able to work well with others across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA processes for the cluster and monitor compliance with standards.
• Prepare, review and update SOPs and quality documentation.
• Assist in internal and external audits and act on audit findings.
• Maintain the e-registry for the cluster and ensure timely records.
• Liaise with vendors for facilities management and IT asset provisioning.
• Support procurement and maintenance of IT assets and contribute to other initiatives.
