Job summary

Security and Intelligence Division is seeking a psychologist to lead projects across mental health, organisational, social psychology and profiling to enhance security operations. You will conceptualise, execute research, assessments and advisory initiatives while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, design progressive workplace processes, and guide professional growth to maximise impact within a security-focused context.

Qualifications

• Must possess a recognised post-graduate degree in Psychology.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to work across multiple psychology domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities
