Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a Psychology Leader to guide a team delivering Psychological Defence capabilities across peace-to-war operations. You will oversee evidence-based diagnostics, psychological readiness, and organisational interventions to improve effectiveness.

You will liaise with commanders, build partnerships with internal and external agencies, and provide crisis management for critical incidents.

Qualifications

• Education in Psychology.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

What we are looking for:

• Education in Psychology
