Job summary

Internal Security Department in Singapore seeks a psychologist to support rehabilitation and security related studies, conducting assessments and providing counselling to staff. You will develop, implement and review rehabilitation programmes, and manage research studies from conception to data collection and reporting.

What We Are Looking For

• Interest in rehabilitation management and working in a forensic setting
• Strong writing skills - competent in writing good quality research reports
• Strong analytical skills - able to process information and analyse data patterns and derive conclusions based on sound reasoning
• Able to design and deliver training programmes
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
• Knowledge of statistical methods would be advantageous
