HSBC, on behalf of its Global Payments Solutions team, seeks a Senior Manager to lead content and proposal management. You will drive development of persuasive client narratives and sales content in coordination with Sales, Product and Client Management to unlock new business opportunities.

You will manage end-to-end proposal processes, ensuring high-quality materials, consistent branding and alignment with risk and compliance standards across the regional/global footprint.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of cash management and/or transaction banking is desirable.
• Experience in proposal writing and sales content development is an asset.
• Exceptional project management with a track record of regional/global projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end proposal development, coordinating cross-functional teams to capture client requirements and develop proposals, executive summaries and client narratives.
• Deliver high-quality final materials under tight deadlines with strong attention to structure, language and detail.
• Review, edit and polish sales-enablement materials for accuracy, persuasiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain proposal content, templates and reference materials in a structured library and version control.
• Incorporate market intelligence, client case studies and thought leadership to enhance sales content and award submissions.
• Ensure content adheres to processes, procedures, compliance and risk standards.
