Job summary

HSBC Global Payments Solutions (GPS) seeks a Senior Manager, Content and Proposal Management to lead the development of compelling proposals, client narratives and public content. You will work with Sales, Product and Client Management teams to communicate the value of our cash management products and services.

In this role you will manage end-to-end content and proposal processes, coordinate across functions, ensure timely delivery, and maintain templates and reference materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposal writing and sales content development is an advantage.
• Excellent project management with regional/global project delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Mandarin language skills are advantageous for North Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end content and proposal development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements.
• Develop executive summaries, client narratives and persuasive proposals.
• Ensure content aligns with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Manage proposal content, templates, and reference materials.
