Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Senior Manager, Content and Proposal Management, GPS, in Singapore. You will lead the development of persuasive proposals and client narratives, partnering with Sales, Product and Client Management teams to communicate the value of cash management products and services.

You will manage the end-to-end content creation process, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered on time, while maintaining templates, references and adherence to compliance and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing proposals and developing sales content.
• Strong project management with cross-functional coordination.
• Understanding of cash management, transactions or corporate banking preferred.
• Mandarin language ability is an advantage for North Asia markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development with cross-functional teams.
• Develop compelling client narratives and executive summaries.
