Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Property & Casualty underwriting.
• Ability to handle a mix of Small commercial and mid-market volume business.
• Tailor coverage and demonstrate knowledge of products & services.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment with frequent product/industry changes.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and responds to producers’ needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with people and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets for the allocated producer panel.
• Deliver distribution activities: broker visits, key account management, prospecting, and new business generation.
• Appropriate use of delegated underwriting authority.
• Develop and execute a personal distribution plan for the assigned broker panel.
• Collaborate with property, financial lines and casualty departments.
• Participate in joint travel/presentations.
