Job summary

Lendlease Singapore is seeking a Senior Property Executive to help set up and manage the operational needs of Paya Lebar Green (PLG), a Grade A commercial building. You will support procurement, assist in developing and implementing operational systems, and address day-to-day ground operating matters.

The role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid operations background, capable of maintaining design intent in M&E systems and coordinating with the Building Manager and tenants.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance, Property Management or Building Operations related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations.
• IT savviness and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand and have good knowledge of M&E systems within the asset and coordinate with Building Manager.
• Review operation procedures and identify gaps for improvements.
• Oversee soft services and manage service providers and tenant feedback fairly.
• Prepare and review annual operating expenses and forecasts.
• Generate reports such as budgets, Annual Business Plan, and Asset Review Reports.

This position requires a detailed-oriented professional with a solid background in operations, capable of assisting with procurement process, helping to develop and implement operational systems and procedures, and addressing ground operational matters to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the project.**Responsibilities:*** Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.* Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures* Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times* Assist in overseeing the operation of soft services which includes management of service providers and tenants’ feedback in a fair manner* Working closely with the team to understand the M&E Systems within the assets.
