Job summary

Lendlease is seeking an experienced Technician for PLQ (Paya Lebar Quarter) in Singapore to maintain and support building services. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor upgrading works ensuring safety and reliability of mechanical and electrical systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on operations or facilities experience, knowledge of relevant safety regulations and strong communication skills to implement company policies with staff and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations support or building maintenance role, and/or knowledge of the property management industry, and relevant legislation relating to facilities operating environments (including Occupational Health and Safety regulations).
• Knowledge and understanding of the operational procedures and safe working practices of major items of plant and systems.
• Communication and customer service skills to effectively communicate and implement company policies and practices in order to effectively carry out responsibilities.
• Competencies include: Customer Focus, Planning & Organising, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking, Verbal Communications, Written Communications.
