Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces and tenant improvement department.
  • Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms. Prepare all required legal notices and coordinates legal action.
  • Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
  • Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.
  • Gather data to provide information for the annual budget preparation process.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Property Manager, you will support a Centre Manager to coordinate all aspects of a property. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.



What You’ll Do:


  • Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.

  • Ensure regular property inspections occur. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.

  • Respond to escalated tenant needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and \"walk-through\" spaces and tenant improvement department.

  • Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms. Prepare all required legal notices and coordinates legal action.

What You’ll Need:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of a building manager's experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
