Job summary

ComfortDelGro Driving Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic professional to lead design development, tendering and construction across real estate development projects. You will manage end-to-end planning, procurement, and handover with a focus on scope, budget and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in greenfield projects, experience with industrial or transport developments, and strong stakeholder leadership to drive successful delivery in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in greenfield development projects.
• Experienced in managing industrial or transport-related developments.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering projects from feasibility studies through handover.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, regulatory approvals in Singapore.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, leadership, communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover of real estate development projects.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to execute plans and budgets.
• Oversee design development to meet operational, regulatory, and sustainability needs.
• Lead tendering and procurement including documents, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Monitor progress against master programmes and milestones; manage delays and challenges.
• Manage costs, budgets, cash flow forecasts, VE initiatives, variances, and reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Prepare and present updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement using best practices and sustainable development.
