Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with main contractors on large-scale developments.
• Experience across mixed-use, commercial or integrated developments in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of large-scale mixed development projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee planning, construction management, cost control, safety and schedules.
• Manage project teams including PMs, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations and company quality standards.
• Drive budgeting, tender reviews, and project financial performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams to boost efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company at meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and execution of large-scale mixed development projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, construction management, cost control, safety, quality, and project timeline delivery.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, workplace safety standards, and company quality requirements.
• Drive project scheduling, manpower planning, procurement strategy, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Lead tender reviews, contract administration, budgeting, and project financial performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company during project meetings and key stakeholder engagements.

Requirements
