• Working Location: Islandwide (office at West)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, (Mon – Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm, Sat: 9.00am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing and sanitary installation projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Supervise site teams and conduct site inspections.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve site issues.
• Control project costs, procure materials, and track expenses.Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in plumbing, sanitary, or construction projects.
