Job summary

TAT LEE E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead a team of site supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring works progress aligns with the schedule and that safety and quality standards are upheld.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants, keep all site staff informed on approved materials and latest drawings, and certify progress claims for subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve engineering issues.
• Heading a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants.
• Ensure overall construction progress base on schedule.
• Enforcement of quality control and safe management control.
• Keeping site staff and subcontractors informed on approved materials & latest drawings.
• Coordination of different trades on site.
• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub-contractors & Suppliers
