Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies is seeking a highly experienced Senior/Project Manager to join our senior management team. You will oversee building and industrial projects, driving successful delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination, with site inspections and rigorous safety adherence. A PE or PPM accreditation is preferred, with 10–15 years in similar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE certification recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or Accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by SPM.
• 10–15 years of experience in project management for industrial projects of similar complexity.
• Experience in safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.

A highly experienced and strategic Senior / Project Manager to join our senior management team. The Senior / Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of our building projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of building / industrial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM).
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on industrial projects of similar complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
